Our very own Chef Cory Fey will teach food preparation - sous vide style! What is sous vide, you ask? It is a method of cooking in which food is prepared at an accurately-regulated temperature.
The intent is to cook the item evenly, ensuring that the inside is properly cooked without overcooking the outside, retaining the ultimate amount of moisture in the process!
